The Purchase Assistant will review and code State and Research Foundation purchase requisitions for required information; contact end users for additional information or clarifications; contact vendors for quote, order placement, shipping, etc. Input coded requisitions on SUNY FMS workflow for data entry. Place orders on-line or by telephone.

Schedule based on a 40 hour work week. 3:00pm-11:30pm, rotating pass days, weekends, and some holidays.
