Acts as an employee champion and change agent. Assesses and anticipates HR-related needs within designated business unit(s). Proactively communicates needs to the health system human resources department and business unit management to develop integrated people solutions. Formulates partnerships across the health system human resources function to deliver value-added services to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. Maintains business literacy as it relates to the financial position, culture and engagement, business objectives and goals of designated business unit(s). |
