The Director of Student Accessibility and Disability Services is responsible for strategic and visionary leadership and the day-to-day management of the Student Accessibility and Disability office and testing center. Oversee coordination and direct implementation of accommodations and support services to students with disabilities. Provide leadership and oversight of the implementation and administration of policies and procedures to promote compliance with federal and state laws, regulations and rules relating to ADA. Provide direct supervision, training, and evaluation for staff. Provide oversight of policies, procedures and processes to ensure daily operations, oversee assessment and record keeping and prepare annual reports as required. This job is fully onsite.
Pharmacist - Transitions of Care Syracuse
This pharmacist will primarily provide dedicated patient care, obtain medication histories, and have oversight for safe and efficient transitions of care from hospital admission to hospital discharge. They will work with a team of healthcare professionals to enhance the process of hospital admissions to other care settings. This includes integration with the pre-admission testing department and emergency medicine among other departments. Pharmacist coordination with both internal and external providers and nursing staff will be required.

This position will be responsible for answering calls coming into the Radiology Reading Rooms. Will represent Radiology in a positive and helpful manner to all callers and perform a wide variety of call center services (i.e., take messages) to assist callers. Will answer, triage and transfer all incoming calls to the appropriate Radiologist and/or Radiology Resident, acquiring the appropriate information as needed to assist both the attending/resident and the caller. Must be proficient with multiple software programs for call processing and documentation.
Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialist Syracuse
The Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) Specialist primary responsibility is to ensure the inpatient medical record accurately supports severity of illness and risk of mortality, as well as reflects the extent of care being provided and the resources being utilized for patients within the University Hospital system, utilizing comprehensive and broad proficiency in complex clinical and medical concepts. This is achieved by both thorough comprehensive concurrent and retrospective medical record review for accuracy, specificity, and validation of clinical diagnoses through application of clinical, documentation, and ICD-10 coding conventions, as well as Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) rules and regulations. When inconsistencies, incomplete documentation, or opportunity for medical record clarification or optimization are identified, the CDI Specialist will collaborate with the medical team to clarify necessary items through a dedicated and compliant written or verbal query process. The CDI Specialist is also responsible for collaboration with the inpatient coding team to ensure the assigned final code set is reconciled pre-bill, when necessary, to resolve necessary discrepancies, as well as provider education related to documentation concepts, both written and verbal, achieved through both on-site and virtual education platforms, including in-person rounds with the interdisciplinary care team and attend various departmental and committee meetings.
