Director of Business Development and Strategic Initiatives

| The Director of Business Development and Strategic Initiatives is responsible for assessing, developing, and facilitating service line strategic growth initiatives including planning and project execution. The Director conducts market analyses and business activity assessments of local and regional cancer care and related services. Identifies service integration and growth opportunities; develops cohesive business plans.
Coordinates with the administrator for the planning, development and implementation of department operating and capital budgets in a manner consistent with the hospital's financial plan and quality patient care objectives. Specific duties include management and evaluation of fiscal operations and profitability assessment. Contributes to comprehensive strategies informing patient service marketing initiatives and development of exceptional patient, physician and employee experience. |
