| The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative/secretarial support to the Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Administration Department for Operations, Inpatient Rehab, Medical Director support, Resident support, Neurological Institute, Neurosciences and coordinating all aspects of PM&R administration operations, including planning, organizing, utilizing, controlling resources. Responsible for coordinating various administrative duties to include coordinating office management, calendars, meetings minutes, special projects as assigned, maintenance and control of supply purchase, coordinating updates to policies and procedures, participating in committees. Facilitate open lines of communication with staff, business manager, director, PM&R leadership team, patients and family. |
