Plans and conducts continuing education program in diabetes for professionals and the general public. Collaborates with other educators and providers in the areas of program development, implementation, marketing and review of clinical programs/services. Participates in the development of education curricula and materials by writing original material and/or reviewing the work of others. Participates in case management, telephonic triage, and patient care planning and goal setting. Provide diabetes education services and general diabetes self-management education (DSME) to patient and families, care partners and community at Joslin and throughout the Upstate Network.
