The unit operates a bio-behavioral model using multi-disciplinary assessments, functional analysis, defining and tracking of target behaviors, individualized treatment of target behavior, caregiver training, and relevant psychiatric/educational needs, among other ancillary services. In this role, you will use your nursing skills and knowledge to work closely with the behavioral team on improving the lives of our patients and families.
