Community Campus Materials Manager

The Community Campus Materials Manager will be responsible for management of CH Materials Management 24/7 operations including General Stores, Receiving, Equipment Services and Mail Room. Duties include staff scheduling, recruitment, training, performance reviews and personnel issues. Will provide weekend management coverage as needed. Performs quality monitoring in support of departmental metrics and ensures that shifts are proceeding in a spirit of continuous improvement. Conducts daily walk through of unit supply/equipment locations to ensure they are properly stocked, and organized. Ensures Critical Stations is kept up, and all carts and kits are complete and ready for issue. Monitors staff interaction with nursing staff to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Supervises the maintenance of the distribution pick area, ensuring it is well stocked, and well organized. |
