**Training for TMS device (Neurostar) preferred, but not required.** Schedule: would be variable and dependent on number of patients. No previous clinical experience required.

Dr Jamaspishvili is conducting translational and clinical cancer research projects in collaboration with other clinical departments (hematology-oncology, urology, radiology) and disciplines (computer science, bioinformatics, epidemiology). The project title is: “Studying the prognostic and predictive role of PD-L1 expression on digital pathology images using artificial intelligence in a pan-cancer retrospective patient cohort undergoing immunotherapy”.
The project is extensive and requires assembling a retrospective research cohort of SUNY Upstate patients (n=900) diagnosed with advanced/metastatic lung and other cancers and who were candidates for immunotherapy.The students should be enrolled in a graduate Medical, Health Sciences or Public Health program. They will perform a rigorous chart review and extract clinical and pathological information from the electronic medical record (EMR) system: EPIC and Co-Path.
