This position will be responsible for answering calls coming into the Radiology Reading Rooms. Will represent Radiology in a positive and helpful manner to all callers and perform a wide variety of call center services (i.e., take messages) to assist callers. Will answer, triage and transfer all incoming calls to the appropriate Radiologist and/or Radiology Resident, acquiring the appropriate information as needed to assist both the attending/resident and the caller. Must be proficient with multiple software programs for call processing and documentation. |
