Observe work in progress of subordinate employees & investigate and resolve complaints of unsatisfactory performance. Assist in solving work-related problems, inform staff of policy and directives, and ensure the efficient and effective use of time and materials. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask, organize and delegate tasks based on priority. Will be required to train/retrain employees, and maintain documentation of such on a consistent basis. |
