| Will perform radiographic examinations under the direction of the departmental radiologists as per policies and procedures. Will greet the patient, explain the examination, position the patient, and set the proper exposure factors in order to obtain the required quality radiograph; assure radiation safety; posses the knowledge base to operate imaging equipment efficiently and effectively in order to obtain quality studies and will report any malfunctions with equipment to the immediate supervisor. Responsible for processing images and entering information into the Radiology Information System for documentation and billing purposes. This position is mainly responsible for providing radiologic examinations based on referring physician and radiologist needs. |

Speech Language Pathologist

| Performs therapy services according to Early Intervention (EI) and/or Committee on Preschool Special Education (CPSE) regulations. Participates in the follow-through of child’s Individualized Educational Plan (IEP) and/or Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP). Intervenes directly with a child to enhance his/her development. Performs assigned evaluations for speech and language according to accepted clinical practices and Golisano Center for Special Needs (GCSN) Interdisciplinary Diagnostic Team (IDT) policy. Participates in post-conference sessions, family conferences, and follow-up procedures; prepares all written documentation; tracks evaluation process; performs liaison activities with families, involved agencies and professionals; and writes team summaries. Plans and implements follow-up programs with IDT. Provides short-term consultation services as time permits. Participates in the delivery of professional training activities. |

To identify each patient's requirements relative to his or her age specific needs. Willingly performs other duties as requested. |
