By partnering with employers, community organizations, faculty, and staff, CECE provides comprehensive career counseling, job opportunities, and service-learning experiences that help students explore their goals and build a clear pathway to professional success. Under the supervision of the CECE Director, the Career Counselor plays a key role in supporting students through individualized career advising, engaging workshops, and collaborative outreach. This position applies career development theory and advising best practices to guide students in clarifying their academic and career goals while actively promoting CECE services across campus and with external partners. |
