| The Psychology Department in the College of Behavioral and Social Sciences at California State University, Chico is seeking an Assistant Professor in Psychology to teach in our NASP accredited School Psychology graduate program beginning in August 2027. We are specifically looking for applicants with a completed 3-year Master’s or a completed Education Specialist (Ed.S.) degree in School Psychology, or a doctorate degree in psychology, education, or a related field. Candidates nearing the completion of the terminal degree may be considered; however, all requirements for conferral of the degree must be met no later than the start of the position. |

HUB Program Coordinator (Student Services Professional III)

| Under general direction, the Student Services Professional III performs complex student services work characterized by independent student advising and guidance provided in both individual and group settings. This position oversees the development and implementation of an intentional and accountable residential life programming model that promotes social, recreational, spiritual, and educational learning outcomes.
The incumbent directly advises and supports the University Housing student governance council, the Chico State National Residence Hall Honorary (NRHH) Chapter, and the University Housing Residence Hall Programming Board. In collaboration with University Housing staff, the incumbent provides leadership and guidance in the development, implementation, and administration of policies, procedures, and operating principles related to residential life programming, student governance, and residence hall programming initiatives.
The incumbent spends a substantial portion of time conducting advising sessions of considerable duration and complexity and is expected to exercise a high degree of judgment, initiative, persuasiveness, creativity, and professional expertise in accomplishing assigned responsibilities and achieving program objectives.

Asset & Inventory Coordinator (Property Clerk II)

| Under the general supervision of the appropriate administrator, the Asset and Inventory Coordinator supports the university’s asset management, inventory control, surplus property, and property accountability functions. The position assists the asset management and inventory program by providing operational, clerical, inventory, surplus, recordkeeping, and customer-service support. The position maintains accurate records for capitalized and non-capitalized property, supports physical inventory processes, tracks asset movement and custody changes, assists with property disposition and surplus reutilization, and promotes compliance with university, CSU, state, auxiliary and federal property control requirements.
The position serves as a campus resource for departments regarding asset tagging, inventory procedures, property transfers, surplus processing, missing or stolen property reporting, and appropriate stewardship of university-owned equipment. The incumbent is expected to maintain strong internal controls, provide responsive customer service, and use asset management systems and related technologies to support accurate, timely, and auditable property records.

| The Admissions and Visitor Services Representative provides reception, public contact, and general administrative support for the Office of Admissions. The Office of Admissions supports the areas of enrollment applications, marketing and communications, recruitment and outreach, and a visitor program. Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting visitors and the public, delivering mail, entering data into and retrieving data from constituent relationship management systems, using Microsoft Office and campus software applications, preparing printed materials for dissemination, helping schedule campus tours and appointments, and working at Office of Admissions special events. This position supports all areas of the office and reports to the Campus Experience Coordinator. Day-to-day work is initially performed with direct supervision and detailed instructions changing to an occasional review as more independence is achieved.

| Working under general supervision, the OCRT Administrative Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Associate Vice President (AVP) for the Office for Civil Rights and Title IX (OCRT) and assists with all aspects of office operations. This position performs highly sensitive and confidential work, requiring regular access to information related to investigations, personnel and Management Personnel Plan (MPP) actions, litigation correspondence, claim resolutions and settlements, hearings, and other confidential OCRT matters.
The Administrative Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for OCRT, responding to inquiries, coordinating communications, maintaining confidential records and case management systems, and supporting the administration of Title IX, Discrimination, Harassment, and Retaliation (DHR), and related civil rights processes. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, monitoring deadlines, preparing correspondence and reports, supporting investigations and hearings, assisting with training and outreach efforts, and coordinating budget, purchasing, and travel-related functions.
