Grounds Supervisor (Administrator I)

| Under the general supervision of the Manager of Custodial and Grounds, the Supervisor of Grounds and Landscaping Services is a member of the Facilities Management Services (FMS) leadership team and shares responsibility for the daily operations of the department. This position oversees scheduling and assignment of work, conducts site inspections, and ensures compliance with safety standards within the Grounds and Landscaping unit.
The Supervisor provides direct oversight of grounds and landscaping personnel engaged in a full range of activities, including the planting, cultivation, fertilization, and maintenance of lawns, flowers, trees, shrubs, and other landscaped areas. The position is also responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and directing landscape and horticultural programs; reviewing project plans and designs; and inspecting completed work to ensure adherence to applicable specifications and standards. In collaboration with the Manager of Custodial and Grounds, the Supervisor assists with the preparation of the unit’s operating budget and the development of project timelines.

| The Assistant Vice President of Advancement Services (AVP) is a senior administrative leader responsible for the strategic oversight, integrity, and optimization of the university’s philanthropic data, systems, and operations. This role provides enterprise-level vision and direction for all advancement services functions, including CRM strategy and management, gift processing, prospect research, data governance, and regulatory compliance.
The AVP partners across the advancement division—including fundraising and alumni relations—to ensure the organization is supported by accurate data, streamlined processes, and effective technology. Through strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration, the AVP enhances donor engagement, mitigates institutional risk, and strengthens the university’s capacity to advance its philanthropic mission.

| Under the general administrative and medical direction of the Lead Physician, and in accordance with established standardized procedures and protocols, the Nurse Practitioner delivers comprehensive primary health care services to eligible students. These services include the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions; provision of preventive and health maintenance care; and delivery of health education and counseling. The Nurse Practitioner is a licensed health care provider whose scope of practice is formally defined by the supervising physician and is based on demonstrated competence, education, training, and experience.
