Under direct supervision, the student assistants in this position will perform a variation of duties as related to the support of the college in terms of IT. Duties include:  • Assist staff with maintaining and updating the College of Communication technology (software and hardware) • Assist staff with maintaining and updating the College of Communication websites. • Assist staff with troubleshooting and resolving audio-visual issues in all College rooms/labs. • Assist faculty and staff with technical support for various technical issues. • Assist staff with the setup and configuration of hardware and software systems. • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds without assistance. • Exhibit strong communication skills

Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, the current Annual Security Report (ASR) is available for viewing at: https://hr.fullerton.edu/risk-management/clery-act/. This report contains the current security and safety-related policy statements, emergency preparedness and evacuation information, crime prevention and sexual assault prevention information, and drug and alcohol prevention programming. The ASR also contains statistics of Clery Act crimes for California State University, Fullerton for the last three (3) calendar years. Paper copies are available upon request at the CSUF Police Department.

 

Notice of Availability of the Annual Fire Safety Report (AFSR)
In addition, pursuant to the Higher Education Opportunity Act, the AFSR is also available at https://hr.fullerton.edu/risk-management/clery-act/. The purpose of this report is to disclose statistics for fires that occurred within California State University, Fullerton housing facilities for the last three (3) calendar years, and to distribute fire safety policies and procedures intended to promote safety on campus. A paper copy of the AFSR is available upon request by contacting the Housing Office located at The Housing & Residential Engagement Main Office.
