The TitanCard is the official identification card issued by the University to students, faculty, staff, or other authorized individuals for the sole purpose of identification and access to campus facilities, services, and activities. The card identifies your primary affiliation with the campus and not temporary or seasonal affiliations. Statuses are generated by the campus student system (PeopleSoft) and/or by Human Resources.
The Office of Graduate Studies is hiring multiple student assistants to provide general office support to the Office of Graduate Studies and the Graduate Studies Center. Under the supervision of the Senior Program Coordinator and Office Department Coordinator, the student assistant duties include but are not limited to:
General office duties such as answering phones and emails, and providing general front desk customer service;
Maintain an inviting, clean and supportive environment for students;
Create social media content and use various print and electronic media to develop promotional materials;
Support and assist with graduate student events, such as programs and workshops;
Assist students with navigating graduate student resources and the graduate program applications;
Assist Graduate Studies staff on various projects or programs;
Other duties as assigned.
Under the direct supervision of DSS Testing Staff, the student assistant will assist with administering exam accommodations for DSS students between 8 am and 10 pm. The student assistant will work one-on-one with students who have various disabilities, facilitating their quizzes, tests, and final exams, answering questions, and providing technical support as needed. The student assistant will assist staff and faculty with receiving and returning exams to the appropriate departments. The student assistant will also provide overall customer service to students, staff, and faculty who need assistance in DSS.

Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Crime Statistics Act Notification: Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, the current Annual Security Report (ASR) is available for viewing at: https://hr.fullerton.edu/risk-management/clery-act/link opens in a new window. This report contains the current security and safety-related policy statements, emergency preparedness and evacuation information, crime prevention and sexual assault prevention information, and drug and alcohol prevention programming. The ASR also contains statistics of Clery Act crimes for California State University, Fullerton for the last three (3) calendar years. Paper copies are available upon request at the CSUF Police Department.
Notice of Availability of the Annual Fire Safety Report (AFSR) In addition, pursuant to the Higher Education Opportunity Act, the AFSR is also available at https://hr.fullerton.edu/risk-management/clery-act/link opens in a new window. The purpose of this report is to disclose statistics for fires that occurred within California State University, Fullerton housing facilities for the last three (3) calendar years, and to distribute fire safety policies and procedures intended to promote safety on campus. A paper copy of the AFSR is available upon request by contacting the Housing Office located at The Housing & Residential Engagement Main Office.
