- Provides full-range of administrative support on various projects for Principal Gifts and Planned Giving.
- Provide high-level customer service to callers to the main Gift Planning phoneline and serve as the initial point of contact by assisting individuals in a tactful and composed manner.
- Arrange meetings including place, time, notification of appropriate participants, catering needs, handout materials, and preparation of agendas.
- Prepare necessary State and Foundation administrative documents for purposes of reimbursement, payment, cash received, gift tracking etc.
- Organize and maintain office files and process incoming mail.
- Order office supplies and equipment, and initiate work orders.
- Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience
High school diploma or its equivalent. Five years of general office support or technical experience. (Training at a vocational school or full-time college education may be substituted for two years of the required experience on the basis of one year of college education for 6 months of experience)
Anticipated Hiring Range: $19.85 - $21.84 per hour
Classification Range: $17. 97 - $32.53 per hour
