Position Description

Job Summary

The Document Imaging Analyst is responsible for research and analysis of our document management workflow processes. This position also provides production support of our document management system, basic security maintenance and facilitates document retention for service area departments.

Department Summary

Under the general supervision of the Associate Director for Admissions and Recruitment and with lead direction from the Document Management Lead, this position is responsible at varying levels for the research and analysis of document management workflow processes. This position will also provide production processing in support of the Document Management system. Basic security maintenance of the Document Management system will be performed by this position. This position serves as the retention facilitator for service-area departments.

Key Qualifications

  • Perform basic analysis of imaging operations in conjunction with and in support of the Document Management Lead
  • Monitor and diagnose issues within document management system and workflow processes; provide resolution recommendations
  • Coordinate projects in support of the Document Image Process Center under the general direction of the Associate Director for Admissions & Recruitment and Document Management Lead
  • Process production jobs and generate reports in support of the document management system

Education and Experience

  • Equivalent to graduation from a four-year college or university. One year of technical or administrative experience. A graduate degree in a related field may be substituted for one year of the required experience. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

Salary and Benefits

Anticipated Hiring Range: $62,500 - $76,500 Per Year 

Classification Range: $46,548 - $89,856 Per Year
