Job Summary

Front Office reception including:

  • answering phones
  • responding to email
  • responding or redirecting questions regarding graduate education

Purchase office supplies and materials

Event planning support

Forms processing, including communication of deadlines to students and programs

Provide administrative support and coordinate communications with all graduate program coordinators and graduate students throughout colleges.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or its equivalent. One year general office support experience. (Training in a vocational school or full-time college education may be substituted on the basis of one year of college education for 6 months of experience)

Salary:

Anticipated Hiring Range: $21.23 - $23.35 per hour

Classification Range: $21.23 - $26.06 per hour

This position may be "Designated" under California State University's Conflict of Interest Code. This would require the filing of a Statement of Economic Interest on an annual basis and the completion of training within 6 months of assuming office and every 2 years thereafter.
