The FYUP FYS Faculty Lead provides administrative, curricular, and professional development support for FYUP. The FYUP FYS Faculty Lead coordinates FYUP FYS operations, including schedule building, enrollment management and cross-unit collaborations with FYUP’s curriculum, while maintaining clear communication within FYUP and with key campus partners. The position oversees the development, implementation, and continuity of first-year, second-year, and transfer support curricula, and works closely with FYUP faculty to support instructional coherence, learning communities, and the FYS Council. In partnership with the FYUP Chair, the role also contributes to faculty professional development and serves as a key connector advancing student success initiatives across Academic Affairs.
