Civil Rights Investigator Chancellor's Office
Are you passionate about civil rights and ready to build upon a strong foundation to drive meaningful change? The California State University, Office of the Chancellor, is seeking a Civil Rights Investigator to conduct prompt, thorough, and impartial investigations of discrimination, harassment, sexual misconduct, dating and domestic violence, stalking, and retaliation in accordance with CSU policies and applicable state and federal laws. The Civil Rights Investigator may be assigned to conduct investigations for CSU campuses and/or investigations, when appropriate. The Civil Rights Investigator will prepare comprehensive investigation reports; compose and send appropriate correspondence with parties, advisors, and others regarding investigations and other aspects of the formal and informal resolution processes; and, when appropriate, support the Systemwide Senior Director for Investigations and Resolutions in coordinating post-investigation remedial actions with affected students, employees, departments, and divisions.
