| The Enrollment Operations Specialist (EOS) performs independent professional analytical work to evaluate, improve, and support Enrollment Services operations. The EOS analyzes enrollment processes and data, identifies operational risks and inefficiencies, develops and implements business process improvements, and applies functional expertise to enrollment operations.
Reporting to the Director of Enrollment Services, the EOS independently interprets university, CSU, and CPaGE policies and determines their operational application in complex or unique situations. The position develops recommendations for management, exercises independent judgment in resolving operational issues, and leads or contributes to enrollment-related process improvement and system initiatives from planning through implementation and assessment.
The position combines analytical responsibility, functional expertise, hands-on enrollment operations, and a strong customer service orientation to ensure accurate, responsive, and compliant enrollment services. The EOS identifies opportunities to improve services and processes and enhance the student experience while maintaining compliance with university, CSU, and regulatory requirements. |

| Under the supervision of the Director of Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) within Student Health and Counseling Services (SHCS), the Clinical Case Manager (CCM) provides case management and care coordination services that reduce the impact of mental illness and emotional distress on students' academic progress and support their overall well-being. The CCM coordinates mental health and medical care across campus and community resources. The CCM maintains a case management caseload and works with counseling faculty and other SHCS staff to monitor students who need care coordination, conducts mental health assessment and triage, and supports continuity of care for students treated within SHCS. The CCM provides ongoing monitoring and coordination for students at elevated risk in consultation with CAPS clinicians and relevant campus partners. In collaboration with the Crisis Response Team (CRT) and counseling faculty, the CCM may assist with care coordination following crisis contacts or hospitalization. The CCM develops and maintains working relationships with campus partners (e.g., Cougar Care Network, CRT, Housing, etc.) and community providers to advance the mission of SHCS and ensure continuity of care. |
