The Department of Modern Language Studies at California State University San Marcos accepts applications on an on-going basis for our pool of part-time lecturers. Salary is commensurate with credential and experience. Applicant pools are used to fill short-term temporary Lecturer positions across our campus with the possibility of rehiring. Appointments may last from one day to a whole semester. This applicant pool may be used to fill vacant positions on an as-needed basis throughout the academic year. Masters of Social Work Extended Program Practicum Liaison (Temporary)	East Bay
The Department of Social Work seeks a temporary Full-Time Practicum Liaison/Lecturer to support our new Extended MSW program for working professionals. The Extended MSW program is in its third year of operation and offers courses that are mostly online on weekday evenings, with monthly in-person class sessions. The Practicum Liaison position is a temporary, twelve-month, full-time lecturer appointment reporting to the Practicum Director. The Practicum Liaison is expected to: teach practicum classes, work with agency supervisors to maintain and develop practicum placements within the social work community; and manage and supervise students conducting practicum work for all MSW students.

The BSBA Associate Academic Advisor & Graduate Programs Assistant (Self-Support Programs) provides academic advising and basic program support for the Online BSBA Self-Support Program and assists with coordination for Self-Support Graduate Programs within the College of Business & Economics (CBE). Working under general guidance, the incumbent supports Online BSBA students by assisting with academic planning, course selection, and understanding degree requirements and progress toward graduation, following established guidelines and procedures. The position serves as a resource for students on program requirements, providing routine advising support, referring complex issues to senior advising staff, and connecting students with appropriate campus services as needed.
