The Budget and Operations Manager for Administrative Affairs serves as the primary fiscal manager for the Vice President's Office and provides oversight of division-wide financial operations. Reporting to the Vice President for Administration and Finance and the Chief of Staff, this position delivers strategic leadership in budget administration, financial analysis, and position management. Key responsibilities include developing and managing annual budgets and spending plans, preparing multi-year forecasts, and producing financial reports and dashboards using systems such as PeopleSoft Finance, Tableau, and Questica. The role also manages all aspects of position budget administration, including salary and benefit projections, staffing analysis, and position control. In addition, the manager supports divisional operations by contributing to policy and procedure updates, preparing materials for audits, and representing Administrative Affairs on committees and task forces. This position requires a combination of hands-on financial expertise and strategic planning skills to ensure resources are allocated effectively, operations are compliant, and divisional priorities are achieved.
