| Reporting to the Manager of Administration & Finance, this position provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Senior Associate Vice President for Development and the University Development Department. The incumbent also supports the Directors of Development, Development Associates and their teams by coordinating travel arrangements in Concur, processing expense reports, preparing agendas and meeting materials, reconciling ProCard statements, facilitating purchases through the P2P Marketplace, and providing project support for Development initiatives. Responsibilities encompass a broad range of administrative functions, including mail processing, records and file management, budget support, data collection, and the preparation of routine reports. The incumbent works independently under general direction to support the administrative operations of University Development and may assume coordination and lead work responsibilities as assigned. |

The minimum education requirement for appointment to this position is a DVM (must earn licensure in California within 12 months of position start date) or PhD in a related field.
