| The Department of Art, Media, and Design at California State University San Marcos seeks a part-time lecturer for Fall semester 2026 to teach AMD 313 Digital Photo and the Environment. This is an upper division studio course that meets on Tuesdays, 1-4:50 PM. Successful candidates will demonstrate a rich and varied background in photography and digital art that explores the environment and environmental issues. The course investigates a broad range of artistic practices and contemporary artists who comment on and shape current environmental debates and their interpretation through digital media. Includes experimentation with conceptual approaches to art making and developing aesthetic strategies for engaging audiences. |
