| The University Corporation is recruiting for a Commercial Services Administrative Assistant. This position is responsible for assisting the Meal Plan Coordinator with the administrative functions for the campus’s meal plan program and serves as a point of contact for all campus departments, dining outlets & vendors regarding the meal plan program. As a contact for students & parents, this position may give presentations to parents of incoming students, sign up new participants each semester, coordinate communication with the students & parents, assist students with interpretation of meal plan charges on their Web Portal, & coordinate in-person sales in the Meal Plan Office. This position will assist in the development, implementation and oversight of all meal plan policies and procedures. This position will also provide ongoing support to the Director of Administrative Services and the AD of Facilities and Operations. Additional duties include special projects for The University Corporation management team as assigned. |
