| The Younes and Soraya Nazarian Center for the Performing Arts (The Soraya) is seeking Audience Service Workers-Ticket Office. The Soraya’s Ticket Office staff provides first-class customer service to its ticket buyers for all performances and events that occur at The Soraya and many of events taking place at the Plaza del Sol at the University Student Union. This position works with The Soraya’s dynamic ticketing team to interface with customers in person and over the phone – selling tickets, memberships, and other ancillary items for sale through The Soraya’s website. |
