Lecturer Pool for Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry AY 25-26	East Bay
The successful candidate will teach up to 15 contact hours per week in undergraduate laboratories and/or lectures, with assignments being consistent with the candidate’s expertise and training, as well as the specific needs of the Department. Most of our instructional needs will be in introductory chemistry courses. In addition to classroom teaching, the candidate will be expected to hold office hours for students and perform the other normal duties associated with teaching. M.S. or Ph.D. in Chemistry or Biochemistry, applicants with degrees in related fields to chemistry will be considered if they have a minimum of 18 graduate credit hours in chemistry or biochemistry.

The Department Chemistry and Biochemistry at California State University, San Bernardino is seeking part-time lecturer applications from a diverse group of qualified individuals for both our San Bernardino Campus (SBC) as well as our Palm Desert Campus (PDC). The department is seeking experienced, well-organized, and student-centered individuals to teach in any of our subject areas: General Chemistry, Biochemistry, Organic Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry. Candidates must have at least a Master’s degree, or specialized certification for lecture and/or activity classes, in a field of Chemistry or related discipline.
