This role ensures accurate and timely payroll processing for all employee groups in compliance with applicable laws, collective bargaining agreements, and CSU policies. The position supervises HRIS and payroll staff, coordinates system operations, audits transactions, supports system updates and testing, and contributes to the development of policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance. Serving as a key liaison to the State Controller’s Office, Chancellor’s Office, and campus partners, the HRIS & Payroll Manager supports campus operations through effective customer service, sound fiscal practices, and integrated payroll and HRIS business processes.
