Responsibilities include serving as a student support specialist for admissions, registration, financial processes, and graduation requirements, as well as responding to general inquiries from prospective and current students. The program team structure emphasizes flexibility to support both credit and noncredit programs, building capacity across areas to foster growth. Reporting relationships and responsibilities are aligned with educational programs rather than a single program manager, ensuring support wherever needed. Additionally, the coordinator manages purchasing course materials and supplies to guarantee timely arrival before the start of each course.
