The University Corporation is looking for an Operations Supervisor. The Operations Supervisor is responsible for the clinic’s recruitment, training, publicity, operations, data collection, and quality control. Operations Supervisors regularly review tax returns submitted by volunteers and other staff to ensure accuracy. Regularly communicates with VITA Coordinators to ensure program efficiency. The Operation Supervisors directly supervise the work of the Lead Supervisors, who are assigned to report to them (typically around 3-4), and they also co-supervise the student assistants in the VITA Office |

The Office of Student Leadership & Engagement (OSLE) provides support to the CSUSB clubs and student organizations, fraternity and sorority life, and leadership programs.
OSLE and Leadership Lab Student Assistant will support the front office administrative staff providing service to students, staff, faculty, and off campus guests. The position will provide programmatic support to the above mentioned programs and support operations of the Leadership Lab for CSUSB students and student organizations. |
