| This position’s responsibilities are carried out under general direction. Oversees daily operations of Equity Programs and Compliance; implements policies and procedures; supervises staff; and ensures compliance with federal and state civil rights laws, including Title IX, VAWA, Clery Act, CSU Nondiscrimination Policy, and related institutional policies. Provides oversight and coordination of critical program areas including outreach, intake, supportive measures, case management, Clery-related compliance (including crime log coordination with University Police Department and Safety & Risk), and prevention and intervention education. Work is reviewed for soundness of judgment, quality of execution, and effectiveness in achieving departmental and institutional compliance goals. |
