The Director of Campus Events provides leadership and operational oversight for a diverse portfolio of high-profile university events, working closely with campus partners and external vendors to deliver safe, inclusive, and exceptional experiences that advance Cal Poly’s mission and community engagement. Reporting to the AVP for Performing Arts, Events and Campus Engagements, this role manages event planning, staffing, logistics, budgets, and partnerships while maximizing the visibility, impact, and revenue potential of campus event programs.
Complaint Resolution Manager Pomona
This position supports the work of the Associate Vice President (AVP) in the Office of Equity and Compliance (OEC). Under the direction of the AVP, the Complaint Resolution Manager will conduct and respond to reports alleging prohibited conduct, investigations of allegations of sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating and domestic violence stalking, sexual exploitation, and discrimination, harassment or retaliation by students, faculty and staff, third parties, that are based on a protected category. The incumbent may also assist with educating the campus community on various Title IX/DHR issues, and perform other duties as assigned.
