The Administrative Lead of the School-Based Mental Health grant is a leadership position for a $5,000,000 grant from January 2025 to December 31, 2029. Thus, this position requires 80% of time to be focused on leading the grant, and 15% of time to be focused on program and mission sustainability. The federally-funded grant is a collaboration between the Dean of the College of Education and Allied Studies (the PI), the Co-PI (Assistant Professor), and the following partners: Chabot Community College, San Leandro USD, San Lorenzo USD, Hayward USD, and the Cal State East Bay Community Counseling Clinic. The Administrative Lead will report directly to the Dean of the College of Education and Allied Studies, and they will receive ongoing tasks from this designee. |

The California State University, Office of the Chancellor, is seeking an Administrative Support Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the Office of Tribal Relations and will support Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA) and California Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (CalNAGPRA) compliance efforts as well as additional office initiatives. This work is sensitive, and the ASC should be a good listener, respectful, willing to learn, and communicate well, both in verbal and written formats. The ASC will perform a variety of moderately complex clerical duties in support of the CSU system wide Tribal Relations efforts. Responsibilities include maintaining the Office of Tribal Relations’ calendar, coordinating travel arrangements, planning and scheduling in-person and virtual meetings (including events and trainings), conducting data entry, generating and processing documents, overseeing project budgets and tracking expenses, creating and managing filings systems to track and archive sensitive information and communications, serves as the primary point of contact for general inquires, and assists as needed with departmental activities. Some travel may be required to assist with off-site events or projects. Additionally, the ASC oversees the office and performs other duties as assigned. |
Payroll Technician II

Under general supervision of the Director of Payroll Services, the Payroll Technician II processes a wide range of confidential, technical payroll and personnel transactions. This position ensures timely and accurate pay for assigned units. The incumbent will handle a wide variety of troubleshooting, resolution and answering questions across all collective bargaining units on campus to include state and federal laws, technical letters, MOU’s and policies. Incumbent will learn and update two databases, Payroll Input Management System (PIMS at the SCO) and PeopleSoft CMS for all transactions. The Payroll Technician works closely with the State Controller’s Office, other state agencies, serves as a member within the campus Payroll team and takes lead work direction from the Payroll Lead. |
