| To serve as the Assistant Module Lead for the Academic Advising Systems module in support of the Common Management System (CMS) Student Administration. This position is responsible for maintaining stable, efficient, and accurate Advising and E-Advising systems (such as Degree Planner and EAB) to fulfill the university's student success goals and initiatives. Duties include general module support and processing; project implementation support; in depth system testing, analysis, and troubleshooting; issue triage; security maintenance; and end user documentation and training. Furthermore, the incumbent provides services that are equitable, inclusive, and culturally sensitive to enhance the quality of campus life. This position uses a student-centered and equity-minded approach in all communication and service efforts. |
