| Reporting to the Senior Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management, the University Registrar provides leadership, direction, and management of all functions related to student registration, records, and graduation services. The Registrar is the custodian of SF State's academic records, ensuring their integrity, security, accuracy, and compliance with federal, state, CSU, and campus policies. This position plays a central role in academic policy enforcement, student information systems, and service delivery that supports student success, retention, and timely graduation.
The Registrar oversees the planning, organization, and administration of registration, grading, transcripts, degree audit, academic policy implementation, and graduation certification. This role is also responsible for budget oversight, staff management, and operational excellence within the Registrar's Office. |
