The Customer Service Specialist position serves as the first point of contact for students, faculty, staff, and prospective students experiencing login, navigational, or basic processing issues with enterprise systems.
Presidential Aide	Chico
Under the general direction of the President and Chief of Staff, and with the Chief of Staff serving as the positions supervisor, the Presidential Aide provides high-level, confidential executive support to the President and serves as a key operational resource within the Office of the President. The position is responsible for the strategic management of the President’s time, schedule, travel, meeting preparation, correspondence, and information flow, while also supporting the coordination and execution of presidential priorities and institutional responsibilities. Administrative Assistant to Residence Life (Housing Ops Professional I)	Chico
Under the direct supervision of the Associate Director for Residence Life in University Housing (UH), incumbent will provide administrative program support related to UH Residence Life Program (hall programming, selection and training of paraprofessional staff, training and development of professional staff). Incumbent directly supports four staff members (AD for Residence Life, Hub Coordinator, Senior Coordinator for Conduct and Compliance and Senior Coordinator for Leadership and Development) and indirectly supports other residence life staff members. Day-to-day work is performed relatively independently with general instructions except for new assignments. Incumbent also coordinates UH student staff employment, payroll activities, and compliance training with supervisors and area managers. They serve as a liaison between UH and other on campus departments such as Human Resources, Student Financial Services and Student Employment Services. The Coordinator manages platforms, systems (primarily CalStateS4), and email accounts, functioning as the central operational staff for student placement workflows, community partner onboarding, partnership documentation, and participant support across students, faculty, campus staff, and external organizations. This position interfaces with students regularly to provide information, explanation, and support around the community-based learning placement process. This position ensures efficient, compliant, and student-centered academic community-based learning operations. The position collaborates with academic departments regularly and such departments as Procurement, Information Technology Services, Risk Management, as well as the CSU Chancellor’s to monitor compliance requirements, troubleshoot technical issues, implement system upgrades, and maintain data integrations. The position develops training resources, operational documentation, and reporting tools to support continuous improvement, informed decision-making, and effective campus-wide utilization of community-based learning systems and processes. The position delivers presentations for students and departments as well as maintains a visible presence on campus for students to advise on and encourage participation in academic community-based learning and academic internships.
