| Reporting directly to the Director of Outreach & Student Recruitment, the Assistant Director of Campus Tours & Events is responsible for daily operations, directing and providing guidance in the planning, and coordination for the Campus Tours & Visitor Services unit within the Office of Outreach & Student Recruitment, through the development, implementation, and assessment of high-impact campus visitation and outreach programming. This position directly supports the Director of Outreach and Student Recruitment by managing key operational functions, supervising staff and student employees, guiding culturally responsive and specialized recruitment initiatives, and exercising independent judgment in programmatic, staffing, and resource-related decisions.
