The mission of the Office of Environmental Health & Safety is to protect the health and safety of all members of the campus community and to ensure the campus complies with applicable codes and regulations. The Department of Finance at California State University San Marcos seeks a part-time lecturer for Fall 2025 to teach FIN 321: Investment Analysis. The course examines the investment characteristics of the many types of securities traded in today’s financial markets. In-depth coverage of the micro-structure of equity markets is also provided. Specific subjects to be discussed include: yield-curve analysis, trading rules, government bond pricing, corporate bond pricing, stock valuation models, market-microstructure, CAPM, APT, mutual fund investing, and an introduction to derivative products. |
