The course examines the investment characteristics of the many types of securities traded in today’s financial markets. In-depth coverage of the micro-structure of equity markets is also provided. Specific subjects to be discussed include: yield-curve analysis, trading rules, government bond pricing, corporate bond pricing, stock valuation models, market-microstructure, CAPM, APT, mutual fund investing, and an introduction to derivative products. |
