| The Lead Water Distribution and Collection Specialist performs skilled journey-level plumbing work including installation, maintenance, modification, and repair of water, gas, steam, sewage, fire prevention, and refrigeration systems. Duties include troubleshooting and testing systems (including backflow devices), assembling and installing pipes, valves, and fittings, managing lab utilities, estimating project costs and materials, inspecting work for code compliance, and maintaining tools, equipment, and records. Work may involve exposure to hazardous materials. |

Cleans and maintains assigned areas removing debris, power washing, clearing gutters and drainage, and hauling waste and recyclables. Supports construction and grounds crews with basic tasks such as site prep, rough repairs, demolition, pavement patching, pruning, and debris removal. Operates and performs basic maintenance on hand tools and power equipment. |
