Transfer Admissions Counselor- SSP II (2 Positions) East Bay
The Office of Admissions is looking for an independent, detail-oriented, quick-learning and professional individual to be part of our Transfer Admissions team. Under the general supervision of the Director of Admission and supervising Associate Director, the Transfer Admission Counselor coordinates the processing, evaluation, and advising of applicants for assigned groups. The counselor must follow a wide and complex range of relevant policies when making final admissions decisions. This position is also responsible for advising on Admission requirements, policies and procedures to various audiences including prospective students/applicants, faculty and staff. Working with other East Bay offices, the counselors also participate in the campus-wide effort to recruit prospective students as well as support the transition of admitted applicants to enrolled students.

South Campus Athletic Field & Grounds Manager San José
Reporting to the Associate Director of Grounds, Landscape & Recycling, this role manages daily operations of the South Campus Grounds Services team within Facilities Development & Operations. The incumbent oversees comprehensive grounds, landscape, irrigation, and recycling services supporting a Division I Athletics environment. Responsibilities include resource allocation, implementation of routine and specialized maintenance plans, performance tracking, quality control, and use of the CMMS to schedule, document, and ensure continuity of sustainable athletic grounds operations.

As the chief executive, TCAP’s Executive Director leads the organization in the context of the CSMP and TCAP mission, model, and program design. The TCAP Executive Director serves as the chief representative of the TCAP statewide network to the CSMP collaborative, and as such, works closely with executive directors from the eight other CSMP networks and the CSMP Executive Director, at the University of California, Office of the President, as well as members of the CSMP Concurrence Committee, which oversees the work of CSMP.

Under the supervision of the Director of Cal-SOAP, the Event Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing all events for the Inland Empire Cal-SOAP Program in collaboration with schools, districts, colleges, universities, community based and non-profit organizations and other partners and stakeholders, ensuring that all events are implemented in accordance with Cal-SOAP mission, law, policies and requirements.
