| The School of Education at California State University San Marcos invites applications for instructors to teach EDMX 627: Assessment, Planning and Instruction in Special Education in Fall 2026. The course meets on Wednesday evening from 5:30-8:20 p.m. and is an in-person, lecture-based course. The candidate should have experience in teaching Mild to Moderate Support Needs and Extensive Support Needs in TK-12 setting, as well as extensive experience with both formal and informal special education academic achievement assessments, assessment report writing, Individual Education Program (IEP) development, and instructional planning. A master’s degree is the minimum requirement for this position. Preferred requirements for the position include: a Ph.D. or equivalent and Clear Education Specialist Credential(s). |
