The Student Health Services (SHS) team at CSUB is dedicated to building a healthy campus community through high‑quality, compassionate, and cost‑effective healthcare and wellness education. We are seeking a SHS & Health Education Communications Assistant to support our health promotion initiatives by creating engaging health communication materials, coordinating outreach efforts, and developing digital and print marketing that increases awareness of SHS programs and services. Working closely with the Director and Health Education Coordinator, this role helps plan and implement campus wellness events, manages the Wellness Vending Machine program, and maintains social media campaigns and educational resources that empower students to make informed health decisions. The position also tracks engagement data, supports program evaluation, and assists with administrative tasks to ensure all communications uphold SHS standards and contribute to a culture of student well‑being. |

| Under the direction of the Associate Director, Housing Facilities, the custodian will provide various custodian and housekeeping support services for on and off Housing, Residential Life & Auxiliaries (HRLAs) complexes. The incumbent will be responsible for the overall cleanliness of assigned building, floors, facilities, foyers, stairwells, including but not limited to cleaning student rooms, common areas, lounges, kitchens and hallways; clean and disinfect bathrooms; strip and wax floors; clean windows; move furniture from one area to another; wash concrete areas outside of the buildings, execute the delivery and pickup of guest-requested items to and from guest rooms, maintain carts and manage constant supply of clean linens for Summer Conference programs, ensuring closets are fully stocked and remove trash and dirty linens including cleaning and care of flooring (e.g. carpet, tile, etc.) high dusting, edging, scrubbing, cleaning of desks, and perform other related duties as required. |
