Services are offered through drop-in advising, referrals, scheduled appointments, workshops, seminars, and pop-up graduation events. In support of the University’s commitment to student success, retention, and timely graduation—as well as University and Chancellor’s Initiatives—GATCS perform complex professional student services work under the general direction of the Assistant Registrar for Graduation and Articulation. Incumbents exercise independent judgment to research, analyze, and resolve complex graduation and transfer credit issues. GATCS apply extensive knowledge of state, system, and campus policies, procedures, and regulations to evaluate and adjust student records, ensuring accurate application of academic credit toward degree completion.
