The HR Senior Business Systems Analyst requires proactive initiative to resolve the most complex HCM application issues in support/development areas, including implementation, system analysis, planning, design, development, and support of the HR application. Specific functional support assignments may change at any time based on Application Development's projects and priorities, including supporting other applications within the area.

Under direct supervision, the Custodian’s primary responsibility is to maintain all campus buildings in an acceptable cleanliness, to clean and sanitize assigned areas, restroom facilities, common/public spaces. Work includes sweeping, mopping, waxing and polishing floors, shampooing and vacuuming carpets, cleaning windows and glass surfaces as directed, removal of trash from buildings and rearranging furniture in classrooms as directed.

The incumbent collaborates with department colleagues on issue management and emergency communications. Develops media advisories, tip sheets, FAQs, and news releases, often using source content created by department colleagues. Proactively pitches stories, op-eds, and interviewees to news media. Responds to media inquiries, including matching requests with subject-matter experts. Monitors news media and develops summaries of print, online, and broadcast coverage for the university’s news website. When appropriate, serves as a university spokesperson. Leads the News Media Services unit in the absence of the director.

Under the general direction of the Interim Associate Vice President for Facilities Development and Operations and in collaboration within the Department and with colleagues across the campus, the Associate Director- Central Plant & Energy Services is responsible for leadership, management, and supervisory oversight of Central Plant operations and the energy services program. In this role, the incumbent is responsible for all operation, maintenance and repair at the Central Plant to ensure safe, reliable, efficient and sustainable electricity, heating and cooling services to the buildings on campus.

Under general supervision of the Supervising Electrician, performs skilled journey-level electrical work, including the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, equipment, and low-voltage systems such as fire and alarm systems. Duties include troubleshooting malfunctions, planning and wiring new or remodeled installations, testing equipment for safety and efficiency, and fabricating parts. The incumbent ensures work complies with codes and specifications, uses a computerized maintenance system, and may guide unskilled or semi-skilled assistants.
