| The Director of Employee and Labor Relations & Compliance provides strategic leadership for employee and labor relations, workplace conduct, performance management, and compliance programs across the University. Serving as a key advisor to campus leadership, the Director oversees labor relations activities, grievance administration, workplace investigations, dispute resolution, and employee conduct matters while fostering positive labor-management relationships. The position collaborates with union representatives, legal counsel, and campus partners to ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements, federal and state laws, CSU policies, and University requirements. Additionally, the Director leads staff personnel policy development, records compliance initiatives, and serves as the University's ADA/Section 504 Coordinator, advancing institution-wide accessibility, compliance, and employee relations best practices. |
