| The Auxiliary Accounting Manager reports to the Financial Accounting and Reporting Director and oversees the day-to-day accounting operations, financial processes, and reporting for the University Foundation (UF), an auxiliary organization of Chico State.
This position provides leadership, training, and supervision to staff performing a full range of professional accounting functions in support of the Auxiliary and the University. The incumbent administers accounting policies and manages financial processes to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant reporting. Responsibilities include meeting reporting deadlines, evaluating and improving processes, and recommending policy and procedural enhancements. The position also responds to financial information and reporting requests from University departments and external entities.
The Auxiliary Accounting Manager applies advanced accounting theories, principles, and practices to analyze and resolve complex transactions across multiple systems and processes. The incumbent independently completes complex reconciliations and ensures that all assigned accounting activities comply with established policies, procedures, and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).

| Reporting to the Dean of the CSUSB Libraries, the Student Success Librarian will coordinate library outreach and instruction efforts for first- and second-year students and transfer students. Working closely with the Outreach Librarian and Instruction Librarian, this person will promote library services, programs, and collections through external partnerships, program development, workshops, and targeted support. The Student Success Librarian will remain current with developments and trends in teaching, research, and learning that impact CSUSB students, such as AI tools, and will be proactive in incorporating such developments in instructional and programmatic library offerings.
The successful candidate will be expected to meet retention, promotion, and tenure standards for tenure-track library faculty in three areas: (1) professional assignments; (2) research, scholarly, or creative contributions; and (3) university and/or community service. The library provides support for and fosters intellectual endeavors. Librarians are valued as faculty with their own varied research interests which may not be limited to library science.
