| The Senior Development Research and Management Analyst plays a key role in the planning and implementation of the university’s major gifts program and campaign(s) by providing information and analysis on various potential funding sources. The Senior Analyst is a strategic partner with fundraisers, providing relevant information to facilitate prospect strategy development, engagement and solicitation, and tracking of prospective and current donors. The Senior Analyst independently and proactively identifies/qualifies prospective individual, foundation and corporate donors to support the university’s priorities and objectives and to meet the university’s fundraising goals. The Senior Analyst position requires superior analytical skills, excellent communication and reporting skills, and an ability to prioritize work and handle multiple deadlines and priorities. The Senior Analyst handles sensitive and confidential information on a daily basis. |

| The Department of Social Work at California State University San Marcos accepts applications on an ongoing basis for our pool of part-time lecturers. Salary is commensurate with credentials and experience. Applicant pools are used to fill short-term temporary Lecturer positions across our campus with the possibility of rehiring. Appointments may last from one day to a whole semester. This applicant pool may be used to fill vacant positions on an as-needed basis throughout the academic year. Applications in this pool ad will only be good for the current academic year. This pool will be closed effective May 31st. If you wish to be considered for the next academic year, you will need to apply to the new pool as it becomes available by June 15th. |
